1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You may return any product purchased from Block Blue Now within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Any custom or personalized products unless defective.
